Refugees escape from their country if its going through hard times. Immigrants leave their country because they want to start a new life. Refugees usually have to leave their family behind and then meet up with their family at a latter time. Most of the time before a refugee can go to a host country they have to go to refugee camps. Refugee camps are were refugees stay for food, water and safety.

When a refugee can go to host country they look for an “asylum seeker”. This document keeps a refugee protected them so they don't deported back to their original country. Sometimes it's so hard to get an asylum. People strive to live a better life. The struggles faced by the refugees is human trafficking. Human trafficking is smugglers putting hidden fees to smuggle immigrants and refugees. For example, if a refugee is being smuggled, and it succeeds sometimes the smuggler will put a hidden fee after the refugee payed the full fee.

Sometimes these hidden fees can be almost impossible to pay off. The bad thing is the smuggler knows your family and were you live. So it can be very dangerous for an "asylum seeker" to strive for a better life.
